Hilton Brussels Grand Place is one of few hotels we feature in that section that are not totally new. Instead, Hilton took over management in late 2014 and started an extensive renovation which especially focused on the public areas and several room categories. Today, guests can expect modern rooms with stylish features at Hilton Brussels Grand Place.
With its great location, Hilton Brussels Grand Place is one of the most interesting hotels in Brussels. Located in the center of the historic old town, but at the same close to important business venues, Hilton Brussels Grand Place is a good choice for leisure and business travelers alike.
After the takeover of Hilton and extensive renovations, most rooms at Hilton Brussels Grand Place shine in new light today. Ergonomic chairs, large and comfortable beds as well as soundproof windows are just some details that make staying at the refurbished hotel a great experience!
Hilton Brussels Grand Place especially stands out for its modern and innovative rooms.
However, you should be aware that not all rooms have been refurbished after the take-over of Hilton. For example, King Deluxe Rooms and Queen Rooms still have the old interior.
Same goes for Queen Guest Rooms. The King and Twin Guest Rooms as well as the Family Rooms got refurbished and now look very stylish.
The size is absolutely sufficient with 30 square meters (323 square feet) even in the smallest room category. However, the marble bathrooms are a little small as at most Hilton properties.
Hilton Brussels Grand Place also offers several different types of suites as well as Executive Rooms.
Hilton Brussels Grand Place got both, a bar and a restaurant opened for breakfast, dinner and lunch. Moreover, guests on the Executive Level may enjoy the Lounge which is opened all days of the week.
The main restaurant of Hilton Brussels Grand Place, L’Epicerie Restaurant, focuses on Belgian and French cuisine and serves a wide range of seafood dishes. Be aware that L’Epicerie Restaurant is closed for lunch on Saturday and Sunday and for dinner on Sunday.
Instead, guests of Hilton Brussels Grand Place may enjoy “Le Bar”, which is offering a wide range of drinks and cocktails as well as selected hot and cold snacks and light dishes.
For special occasions, Hilton Brussels Grand Place also has private dining facilities available.
You should be aware that Hilton Brussels Grand Place does neither have a swimming pool nor a Spa. Only a small fitness center is available complimentary. Taking this into account, the prices of Hilton Brussels Grand Place are quite high. Even on weekends, when hotels in Brussels usually are way less expensive, rates at Hilton Brussels Grand Place start at 149 Euro (~ 165 US-Dollar) including taxes and services.
However, the Hilton Summer Sale makes rooms available for just 132 Euro (~ 145 US-Dollar) including breakfast. Taking advantage of the recurring sales of Hilton, you may even get an Executive Room with breakfast for 175 Euro (~ 190 Euro) which is a very decent deal, especially when considering that the refurbished rooms are extremely stylish and very large!
