St. Regis Venice San Clemente Palace is one of few resorts located not in Venice, but rather on a private island nearby. Complimentary shuttles connect the luxurious resort with the city center. Yet, there are rarely any purposes to leave the island as St. Regis Venice offers it all: Luxurious and spacious rooms, bespoke restaurants, meeting and wedding facilities as well as enough space for relaxation!
St. Regis Venice is one of the newest private island properties in Venice. Recently opened, but yet totally luxurious, the property with origins back to the 12th century offers guests a real one of a kind experience only a stone throw away from the buzzy center of Venice.
A 15th century church located on the island makes St. Regis Venice not only the perfect hotel for a sightseeing trip, but also for celebrations of all kind.
St. Regis Venice offers its guests a wide range of different room categories to fit all tastes.
All rooms including the lowest category come with rug-covered heritage terrazzo floors and design elements that reflect the rich past of Italian designers.
On the other hand, there are also modern facilities like large flat screen television and high speed internet available in all rooms. For a very special experience, guests should go for Lagoon View Rooms, offering incredible views of the water and the city in the background.
An experience like that may only be matched by one of the extremely spacious suites The St. Regis Venice has on offer.
Not only the choice of room categories, but also the number of restaurants and bars at St. Regis Venice is great.
“Acquerello Restaurant” is the most formal restaurant, but may not be matched by any else as it offers lovely views of the lagoon while the food is served on the terrace. The culinary excellence with Venetian and Mediterranean influences is bespoke in whole Italy.
However, this doesn’t mean that it is not worth checking out the way more informal “Insieme Restaurant”, the perfect venue for families and large groups.
Last but not least, “La Dolce Pool Bar Restaurant & Grill” and “The St. Regis Bar”, both serving great cocktails and light snacks, complement the unique dining experience at St. Regis Venice.
St. Regis Venice with its resort-like character needs one thing for sure: A large pool for all who want to dip in after a long day of sightseeing or just swim laps in the morning.
Located in lush gardens and surrounded by comfortable loungers, the pool of St. Regis Venice makes every wish come true. If that’s not enough sports for the day, St. Regis Venice comes with a spacious gym, offering several machines for both, cardio and strength training.
Depending on the season, rates at St. Regis Venice tend to differ heavily. The lowest rates may be found in autumn when the hotel is about to close for the winter time. The Superior Room with its size of 26 square meters (280 square feet) costs 405 Euro (~ 460 US-Dollar) at this time of the year.
Rates including breakfast are available starting at 445 Euro (~ 505 US-Dollar). For a real experience at St. Regis Venice, booking a Lagoon View Room is essential. Prices therefore start at 705 Euro (~ 800 US-Dollar) excluding breakfast. All rates mentioned include service and taxes and have to be prepaid.
