Best of Year 1

I know, I know: Nobody congratulates oneself. But in this special case, Moritz and I are happy to say that traveluxblog just had its first birthday! We have looked back on 52 weeks – and we will not carry on counting endless weeks of blogging. Imagine how it will look like when it says “Looking back on week 88” or 104 and so on. No. This is not what we are going to do. What we are going to do will surely come to our mind this week.

To feature our “best of year 1”, this post shows you the most popular article of each category – you will be surprised, just as we are! (However, this refers to clicks, not to likes or ratings.)

  1. 🙂 Congratulations on your first blog birthday.
Do you visit all these hotels your write about? Do you work for a travel agency?
    Looking forward to more.
Have a very HAPPY week 🙂

    • Thank you very much! 🙂 We are independent travelers who are not affiliated to any travel agency or hotel company. All the hotel we review (everything named “Hotel Review: ….”) are hotels we actually stayed at with all pictures used being our own ones. The hotels we preview (everything named “Hotel Preview: …”) are hotels we didn’t stay at yet, but we feel are interesting to make our readers aware of anyway. Usually our previews focus on recently opened luxury hotels.

We’ll have a lot of new content, especially of our journeys to Greece, South Africa and England coming up soon. So, I hope you’ll keep on having fun with our posts 🙂
