Hotel Preview: Angama Mara

Angama Mara in Kenya is not only a luxury hotel, it’s also an experience. The lodge located in the south-west of the country, right on the boarder, offers an exclusive atmosphere with two camps with just 15 suites each. A dedicated team living in the reserve is serving guests 24 hours a day. Other features of Angama Mara are a swimming pool and a small gym.

Angama Mara is located in the incredible Maasai Mara, renowned for the yearly crossings of the Mara River which is one of the most spectacular things happening in the world of wildlife.

Rooms at Angama Mara

While guests of the luxury resort enjoy the wildlife, they don’t have to think about accommodation. Angama Mara offers 15 suites each in two camps located not far away from each other.

Each of the tented suites is larger than 100 square meters (~ 1.076 square feet) and comes with a large bathroom and the spacious terrace which is offering spectacular views of the wild all day long. For sure, all tented suites are equipped with just the best furniture available on the market, while still keeping the classic touch of the bush.

Food at Angama Mara

All guests of Angama Mara enjoy full board. At the luxury lodge, this means four meals a day, starting with a breakfast which is either served in the tented suite, in the public areas or – if you want to go for an early game drive – in the bush.
