Airline Rating: American Airlines (long haul Business)

Our current rating of American Airlines (AA) consists of two long-haul flights. We have rated our experience in Business Class on the routes Sao Paulo – Los Angeles (AA 216) and Los Angeles – Tokyo (AA 169) and New York – Rio de Janeiro (AA 973) on board a Boeing 787-800, one Boeing 777-200 with new configuration and one Boeing 777-200 with old configuration.

    • AA can be quite problematic, but I especially found the new Business Class to be quite good (what doesn’t go for the old one, which I’ll review later)
